YES. Please send us a video, pictures, measurements and a brief description of your project.

Do you ask for a deposit?

YES. The deposit shall be no more than One Third (1/3) percent of the total amount of the project.

Are you Licensed and Insured?

YES. We are insured and licensed by the Home Improvement Commission in the State of Maryland. Our license number is MHIC# 147-181.

Do you assist in selling my house when I renovate it?

YES. We also have Licensed Real Estate agents that will gladly help you with buying or selling your house.
